HMD stands for sustainability in all activities since the foundation of the company.
Originally the term „sustainability“ derives from forestry, however, nowadays it is a frequently used buzzword.
Not only the limited resources of the world are preserved, but also the efficiency of activities, machines, buildings or
documents, tools and human resources can be improved as soon sustainability is applied in design and realisation.
Sustainable acting requires vision.
The obvious fast and cheap way is over the long run mostly not the right and thus the sustainable best one.
In retrospect everybody knows what would have been the best to do – afflicted with a headache,
which is mostly unnecessary using sustainable thinking and acting in advance.
